Terms of Use

These terms govern your access to and use of My Daily Hues.

The service

My Daily Hues is a self-reflection tool for recording user-selected scores and notes and viewing descriptive patterns. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider, crisis service, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not rely on My Daily Hues for an emergency or professional medical decision.

Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, safeguarding your login credentials, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, probe or circumvent security controls, interfere with other users, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use My Daily Hues in violation of applicable law.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you enter. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, synchronize, export, and delete that content while operating My Daily Hues. The app, branding, and software remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability and termination

The service may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. You may stop using My Daily Hues and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend access for material misuse, security threats, or legal requirements, subject to applicable law.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide appropriate notice. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
