We keep data only as long as needed to provide My Daily Hues, support you, and meet applicable obligations.

Retention schedule

| Product analytics | Up to 13 months, only with your consent. Withdrawing consent stops new collection. |
| Crash diagnostics | Only with separate consent and subject to the diagnostic provider’s configured retention period. |
| Support messages and included diagnostics | Up to 24 months after the support request is closed, unless a shorter period is required. |
| Authentication records | For the life of your account; removed when your account is deleted. |
| On-device cache and pending changes | Until sign-out, account deletion, app removal, or operating-system eviction. |
Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your account in the app’s Settings. This removes your live authentication account and user-owned application data. Sign-out and account deletion also clear the current user’s local cache and pending changes from the device.
Residual encrypted backups expire according to our infrastructure provider’s backup schedule. If a backup must be restored, deletion requests are preserved or replayed before service is reopened.
Exporting or deleting individual entries
You can export your My Daily Hues data as JSON or CSV from Settings. You can also delete individual check-ins without deleting your account.
Privacy requests
For a verified access or deletion request, email [email protected]. Legal obligations may occasionally require us to preserve limited information longer; if so, that information is restricted to the required purpose.
